Quiet location and decor.
Lack of coffee for breakfast and bathroom lacking working hair dryer and tissues. Had arranged with the hotel transport with their private taxi but it never turned up at the airport.

Good value for money for such a location near the centre of Rome - although a small hotel with few facilities the rooms were lovely and a good size including the bathroom.

Great value for the money in good location very close to Vatican City. The staffs are nice and friendly. Good location, reasonable distance from metro station. The room is clean and tidy very reasonably for a budget hotel. The area is quite and safe.Overall made our stay in Rome quite memorable and truly meaningful.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Our room had a nice bathroom with a large shower. It was tastefully decorated for a budget hotel and the breakfast was served in a delightful garden gazebo. It was in a nice neighborhood about 3 blocks away from Vatican city. I would definitely return.

The Hotel Staff, first and foremost, for they made us feel very welcome and so at ease. We felt like we never left home, that we were not in a foreign country. They made our stay in Rome quite memorable and truly meaningful. We also like the Hotel ambiance, so cozy and so comfy, what a nice place to relax and bond with friends. To Ms. Liezel, Zaldy and Edward thank you so much. Keep up the good work. Words will never be enough to express our appreciation.

Except for the room being very dark with the lights, I thought the hotel was fine. Excellent shower!
Room too dark due to the lighting

The location is exellent for city trip. It is very close to Vatican and city center. There are few very good restarants around. We were able to park the car in the area of the hotel.
The bathroom was a bit uncared-for appearance.

This hotel I did not like, they took me to deposit 285 euros, though it is written in the reservation that the deposit is not taken, the dark dark room, wifi does not work in all the rooms when we arrived at 6 am in the hotel, we had to wait for an hour open reception and only gave us a room. I do not advise to stay in this hotel.

Location.
Breakfast not good. No reception. The need to pick up keys before 11pm really constraining, ended waiting 35mn in front of the gate the first night.

The staffs are nice and friendly. Good location, reasonable distance from metro station. The room is clean and tidy. The area is quite and safe.
To my surprise, I was given a room not in the original location stated in the website. It was in a residential building across the street. The only problem is the poorly designed toilet. The shower is too small. If you don't want your elbow to hit the wall, your back will be touching the shower curtain all the time. I don't highly recommended single room. Double room is okay.

It was very close to the Vatican and within walking distance of everything. There was a safe in the room. Staff were nice. Room was very clean.
There was only one socket for plugs in the room, there was no hot water one of the days, the electricity went off twice while we were there. The hotel was very impersonal; staff kept to themselves, did not really offer any assistance or information for tourists and there wasn't much of an atmosphere.
